Located a few kilometers away from Conegliano di Valdobbiadene, the very heart of Prosecco area, Gavioli vineyards have been producing this classic Italian sparkling for centuries. Grapes called “Glera” represent the main variety in the region, almost entirely used in the making of Prosecco, together with another handful of varieties. Gavioli proudly produces wines with delicate yet distinctive style, maintaining the fresh character of Prosecco and enhancing the typically aromatic notes of glera grapes.
