Winemaking
Handpicked with double sorting. The grapes undergo cold maceration at 15°C. Fermentation takes place at a controlled always kept below 26°C. We begin with the rundown and then daily punching and pumping three times per day. Skin contact lasts for around one month. The wine ages on its sediment for ten months.

Tasting Note
Aromas of blackberries and sweet spices such as nutmeg, with hints of delicate oak on the nose, the palate and during the long lingering fisih.

Serving Suggestion
Perfect companion for BBQs or medium/hard cheese platters. This wine suits greatly Chinese preparations, even spicy ones.
